Like Father, like son, Jamie has become just as an influential blender as his world famous father. This cigar is a definite treat and tribute to Cuba, where the Garcia family is from.

The Flor de las Antillas means Flower of the Antilles, which is a tribute to Cuba, the largest island in the Greater Antilles. Not only that, but perhaps what makes this cigar more meaningful to the Garcia family, is that Cuba is also where the Garcia family’s cigar making heritage started.

The all-Nicaraguan blend of tobacco maintains My Father’s standard of quality and provides full-flavored smoking experience. The first thing you’ll notice about this cigar is the shiny Nicaraguan Sun Grown wrapper that is smooth as silk. This leaf embraces a mixture of Nicaraguan long-fillers and binder, to deliver an exceptionally smooth and balanced smoke.

We have another heavy-hitter for you this week. We’re bringing in the second week of 2019 with another top rated cigar. This cigar comes from the highly celebrated My Father brand.

With a 95-rating from Cigar Aficionado we have the My Father La Opulencia Toro! Created by legendary father/son combo of Pepin and Jaime Garcia, My Father has another winner. So much so that this cigar was the #2 rated cigar in 2018.

Pepin and Jaime Garcia were inspired by the original My Father cigar and the Le bijou when creating the La Opulencia.
